All registered, licensed and certified appraisers must complete a minimum of 30 hours Board approved continuing education within each renewal period. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they are taking the correct course to fulfill their individual needs. For the next renewal period for all appraisers ending November 30, 2008, 17 hours needs to be elective courses; Florida requires a 3 hour "Florida Appraisal Laws and Rules Course", 7 Hour "USPAP Update Course" and a 3 Hour "Role of the Supervisor and Trainee" course that has been mandated by the legislature for the November 30, 2008 renewal.
Call the School at 800-943-9993 for the latest in course information regarding the newly required "Role of the Supervisor and Trainee" course.
